Where your family is our family

Our Services

24-hr Personal Care Services

We are here to help you and/or your loved ones live the normal, healthy life desired. Our personal care services follow MN state guidelines for optimal functioning with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs). These assisted activities can include, but are not limited to: eating, bathing, dressing and personal hygiene.

Our agency has the capacity to deliver these services seven days a week with qualified staff.

Homemaker Services

Some of the homemaker services we can provide include assistance with personal appointments, day-to-day household activities, meal planning, meal preparation, groceries, laundry - folding, ironing, and putting away, and general household cleaning.

Respite Care

Respite care from AHHC provides the break you need to refresh and recharge – it’s a planned break from caregiving routines that still allows your loved one to be cared for at home, where they truly belong.

Your respite caregiver will learn your family routine and caregiving needs, and make everyone’s life easier with respite care assistance that makes the most sense for you and your family.

Care for Children and Young Adults

For young adults we can provide care and support enabling individuals to stay healthy, happy and safe in the comfort of their own homes.

We can provide assistance outside of the home, including at school or college and during social activities.

Every individual’s health, care, education and development needs are catered for expertly with a tailored care and support plan.

Physical Disability Support

Arthritis, physical disabilities, and age-related conditions are some of the few circumstances that prevent patients from caring for themselves. Our caregivers can assist you with daily tasks such as mobility, eating, exercising, and grooming.

The Meaning of Home Care

Home Care

Home Care is unskilled services provided by home care aides, who are trained in senior care and disabled individuals. They can help people with daily life and companionship. Home Care is classified as personal care and is non-clinical.

Experienced and Supportive

We understand that not one care plan fits all. Daily services can include anything from meal preparation, hygiene, cleaning, and supervision. We will take the time to get to know you and develop an individualized care plan that fits your specific needs.

Companion Services

Our personal care aides are not only there to provide routine care. Your caregiver can help you or your loved one with recreational activities or hobbies, or just provide good company for a game of cards or a nice chat!
